I've been doing pretty well with my 'loss of gut' routine... I've been having cereal for both breakfast and lunch with a normal meal for dinner. No Sweets, Crisps, Fizzy Drinks, Cor Chocolate! Until today!

It all got too much and after a minor temper tantrum (I guess that's the best way to describe it) i ventured downstairs to the vending machine and got my self a can of Coke!

After just four days (and two mornings at the gym) I could only manage two mouth fulls before having to leave it. Foul - is the only word I can use for it. I don't know if it's because I've not had sugary drinks or what but man was that rank!?
